Twenty minutes decide what happens to your deposit
A final inspection is exactly that — an inspection. The agent runs a finger along the tops of the doors, opens the oven, checks the shower seals and the bottom slats of the blinds.
If the flat is rejected, everything goes wrong at once: you have to find a company at short notice, pay the emergency rate, and often accept a deduction from your rental deposit — in the middle of a move.
That is precisely what we are here to prevent. We clean a flat in the order it gets inspected: top to bottom, room by room, finishing with what everyone forgets — window channels, blind slats, the back of the fridge, the cellar.
And we guarantee the outcome, not the number of hours spent.

Nothing for you to arrange
Products, machines, ladders, cloths: everything is supplied. You buy nothing and prepare nothing. The flat simply needs to be empty, with water and electricity still connected.
The handover guarantee
If the property manager rejects anything on cleanliness, we come back and put it right. At no extra cost.
It is included in the price, not sold as an add-on. It is the only promise that matters in this trade: you are not buying hours of cleaning, you are buying the fact that your flat passes.
It covers every cleanliness point recorded in the handover report. It does not cover wear and tear, damage or repairs — those are different matters, and we will tell you so plainly.
We attend the inspection
On request, one of us comes with you on handover day to stand behind the work in front of the agent and put right anything raised, on the spot. Charged separately and stated on the quote.

Alexis Wilbert has been cleaning for eight years. He founded Wilas Services in November 2023, in Bévilard. There are two of them.
One of them is the person who comes to your home. No subcontractor, no different team each time, no call centre between you and whoever is holding the squeegee. You know who cleaned your flat, and who to ring if something is wrong.

Frequently asked questions
How much does an end-of-tenancy clean cost?
The price depends on the floor area, the number of rooms, the condition of the flat and the outbuildings to be covered (cellar, balcony, garage). The quote is free and the figure we give is firm: it does not move on the day.
How far in advance should I book?
As early as possible. The ends of months and quarters are the busiest periods. Call as soon as you know the date of your inspection, even if it is still some way off.
Do I need to be there during the clean?
No. We simply need access to the flat, water and electricity still connected, and the flat completely emptied of your belongings.
What if the property manager rejects something?
You call us and we put the point in question right, at no extra cost. That is exactly what the handover guarantee is for, and it is included in the price.
Do you work with managing agents?
Yes. We work for tenants as well as for managing agents, owners and condominium associations, on one-off or recurring assignments.
